Biography:  
  Harry Ellis Weeks was born in Springfield, Massachusetts and graduated from MIT in 1893. At the suggestion of John M. Carrere, a member of the Group Plan Commission, Weeks moved to Cleveland in 1905 where he worked in the office of J. Milton Dyer. He is buried in Lake View Cemetery.
