**NOVEMBER 2020 UPDATE**
H.B. 789 was passed as an emergency amendment to Section 12 of H.B. 197. This will extend the temporary authority for public bodies to meet electornically/virtually until June 30, 2021

Under the conditions specified by law the Cleveland Planning Commission, Landmarks Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and the Board of Building Standards & Appeals are currently holding virtual meetings utilizing the WebEx Platform.

All of the virtual Board and Commission meetings are being streamed live on YouTube. The links for the live streams and recordings of past meetings can be found on our YouTube Channel

Dockless Scooter & Bike Share

A dockless shared mobility permit application is now available for e-scooter and bike share vendors interested in providing services within the City of Cleveland. Applications are due on Friday, July 26 by 5pm and will be evaluated on a competitive basis by an internal interdepartmental team. Selected vendors will be permitted to set out e-scooters and bikes for use as early as mid-August for a six-month demonstration period. Click here for more info.

Cleveland Safe Routes To School
