Biography:
	James W. Chrisford was born in England, coming to the United States in 1884. He served in the Spanish American War with Battery A. He was a member of Lakewood Village Council from 1909 to 1911 and the director of public service for the city of Lakewood. He was a charter member of the Kiwanis of Lakewood and the masons.
