Region Description

The Far West  Region generally covers the area of the City west of West 85th Street excluding Hopkins Airport.  This region includes the following Design Review Districts:

The Far West Committee also reviews projects in the Lorain Station and Lorain Variety Historic Districts as advisory to the Cleveland Landmarks Commission.

The Far West Committee does not review projects in the following designated Local Landmarks Districts: (these districts are reviewed by separate local committees advisory to the Landmarks Commission)

• Lorain Station Historic District
• Lorain Variety Historic District
