Region Description

The Euclid Corridor Region generally includes the area east of the Innerbelt freeway between Cedar and Chester Avenues.  It also includes the Midtown area north to Payne and the University Circle area.  This region includes the following Design Review Districts:

• Midtown Design Review District | Map (PDF)

• Cedar Avenue Design Review District | Map (PDF)

The Euclid Corridor Committee also reviews projects in the Ingleside, Prospect, Hessler Road and Newton Avenue Historic Districts as advisory to the Cleveland Landmarks Commission.

The Euclid Corridor Committee does not review projects in the following designated Local Landmarks Districts: (these districts are reviewed by separate local committees advisory to the Landmarks Commission)

• East Boulevard Historic District
• Hessler Road Historic District
• Little Italy Historic District
