Region Description

The East  Region generally covers the area east of the Cuyahoga River, south of the Innerbelt/Cedar Avenue and west of East 93rd/Woodhill.  This region includes the following Design Review Districts:

• Broadway Design Review District | Map (PDF)
• Burten Bell Carr Design Review District | Map (PDF)
• Opportunity Corridor Design Review District | Map (PDF)

The East Committee also reviews projects in the Broadway Historic District as advisory to the Cleveland Landmarks Commission.
