  • 31 sf sign previously approved for channel letters wall signage

  • 47 sf variance previously approved by CPC for window signage (333sf approx of Business Identification Window Signage)

Review sizing and renderings to confirm the sign fits within the framing of the adjacent transom with 6" clearance on bottom and 6" clearance on top.

Study kerning of letters to allow for a less wide dimension of the sign. Provide dimensioning and elevation of changes for review.

Show photos of full facade with context of existing 5 Iron Golf signage so the Committee can review new blade sign in context to all the existing signage.
