Comments:

  • Consider seperate patios elevated off of the groud level.
  • Look at aligning doors on the facade so they follow a shared alignment.
  • Consider looking at the 'L' piece of the front facade and make it simpler.
  • Vinyl siding materila is not appropriate within the CBD.
  • Consider providing fabric fancing cover or revising fencing at rear of property to compliment the proposed development.
  • K.P.: to her, the building is not scaled appropriately and should be talled with more floors.  Height does not need to be much taller but more contextually appropriate with buildings contained on same block.
