add a beveled edge on each side of the foundation stone. relocate the sign to the center of the area where the building slopes back. to give them room to move the sign back from the sidewalk a bit providing visibility for cars exiting the adjacent drive. Brick should match the brick on the building. This was not a part of the motion, but they will also need to show the landscape details around the sign that comply with the code. It was mentioned by the applicant, but was not shown on the plans. The committee made the recommendation with the understanding that the applicant would not be able to meet the 10 ft. setback requirements.
