The City of Cleveland Demolition Bureau will demolish the 2 story, mixed-use commercial structure, built in 1929 located at 14202 Kinsman. This will be a complete demolition of the structure(s) per the City of Cleveland specifications.

The structure(s) has/have been condemned since June 04, 2019. We Build Too, LLC has owned the property since August 01, 2019 and has not made any efforts to redeem the property or bring it out of condemnation. It appears that this property has been vacant since at least March 2014 when the City started receiving complaints. Since then, the City has received at least 5 complaints regarding the property, and has been boarded it up on 2 separate occasions. There is an outstanding tax bill in the amount of $1,394.39. Councilman Bishop supports this demolition.

This property contains blighted structure that is a nuisance and is continually using City resources to maintain.
