The City of Cleveland Demolition Bureau will demolish the 2 story, brick framed commercial struc-ture, built in 1937 located at 4130 E 131. This will be a complete demolition of the structure(s) per the City of Cleveland specifications.

The structure(s) has/have been condemned since May 13, 2016. Confirmed Word Faith Center has owned the property since November 09, 1987 and has not made any efforts to redeem the property or bring it out of condemnation. It appears that this property has been vacant since at least January 2014 when the City started receiving complaints regarding the property. Since then, the City has re-ceived at least 3 complaints regarding the property, and has boarded it up on 2 separate occasions. There is an outstanding tax bill in the amount of $33,768.57. Councilman Bishop supports this demo-lition.

This property contains blighted structure that is a nuisance and is continually using City resources to maintain. After the structure is razed, the remaining land will be cleared, graded, and seeded with grass.
