The committee did not have quorum, but those that were present made the following comments. They prefered the fencing in front of the parking on Westview, however they want the applicant to work with the CDC on the landscaping. The brick wall that was proposed on Westview was preferred over the window. The applicant will come back with an alternate brick pattern. The architect will present an alternative treament to the front facade and will present the changes at the next meeting.
