The CDC met with the owner on site and is in support of the fence with the condition that they use a decorative fence rather then the proposed chain link. The owner agreed and will bring the revised plans back to the next meeting. |

The committee members that were present asked the applicant to come back to the next meeting with updated drawings showing the new fence type they intend to use and pictures of the property showing the landscaped area around the parking lot. |
