Deborah Robinson from Obon Construction presented the CCLRC demolition at 11821 Union Ave located in the Mt. Pleasant Design Review District. All utilities will be disconnected. Plan to grade, seed, and backfill the property once demolished. Plan to demolish property as soon as possible.
Motion to approve the demolition as is by all members present.
