The building will provide approximately 66 one-bedroom apartments including 7 ADA Handicap accessible units for individuals who have experienced chronic, long-term homelessness with onsite supportive services available exclusively for residents. The building willl be approximately 51,390 sq. ft. Approximately 21 parking spaces will be provided on site. The site will be monitored inside and outside with cameras and a 24 hour staffed front desk. The building will offer a community room, meeting space and an outdoor community area. |
