This is the first phase of the project.  It inclueds the four storefronts to the east of the block.

The awning is included in this approval.  a seperate permit will be submitted.

approved with the following conditions:

• use MDO board behind awning instead of T-111 siding.
• rear landscaped area sohould be iliminated and used for snow removal
• the fence along the side should be reduced to 3 ft in height.
