City Planning approval is required because the proposed sign is larger than what is allowed for the Lee Harvard Plaza. In July of 2000 the City Planning Commission adopted sign standards for the Lee Harvard Plaza that reqired signage not excede 36" in overall height, including signage that has two lines of copy. |
