The Owner intends to renovate an existing +/-31,500 square foot building and revitalize their property on West 25th

street in Cleveland, OH to create a new mixed-use Mercado. The existing building consists of a large single-story

warehouse and adjacent two-story office space. Two (2) stairs, one (1) elevator, and a new floor structure will be

added to create the new second-floor level office space.
