Committee moved to recommend approval of the two wall-mounted signs as presented.  Committee moved to defer action on the monument sign design, opting instead to permit the applicant to submit a revised design proposal that may be acted on either administratively by staff or put to e-mail vote of the Committee.  Monument sign design needs to be re-designed to fit within the confines of the 3'-6" tall x 12' wide screen wall feature.

 Committee moved to recommend approval of a revised design for the ground-mounted business identification sign, to include a 3'-6" tall brick screen wall in line w/ the main building frontage, w/a concrete/stone cap and one course of brick showing between the top of the flush-mounted sign and the cap feature.  NOTE:  This vote was taken via e-mail polling of the Committee members as a follow-up action to clarify the original recommendation that was generated by the Committee at the March 28, 2018 Near West Design Review Committee.
