Committee moved to table action on the project design with the understanding the project sponsor return to a subsequent meeting with a revised comprehensive design that includes: (1) replacing the two building-mounted cabinet signs on the building's east and west walls with signs featuring only the RX symbol placed within the mortar and pestle image; (2) a redesign of the pole-mounted cabinet sign faces by removing the smaller bottom cabinet and modifying the larger sign face to incorporate the words "Drive Thru" and "Open 7 Days" and eliminating the telephone number; (3) replacing the current 15'-tall pole sign with a shorter 12'-tall pole. All other remaining door, window and building-mounted signage can remain as depicted. |
