Committee moved to table action on the project design with the understanding the project sponsor return to a subsequent meeting with a revised comprehensive design that includes:  (1) replacing the two building-mounted cabinet signs on the building's east and west walls with signs featuring only the RX symbol placed within the mortar and pestle image; (2) a redesign of the pole-mounted cabinet sign faces by removing the smaller bottom cabinet and modifying the larger sign face to incorporate the words "Drive Thru" and "Open 7 Days" and eliminating the telephone number; (3) replacing the current 15'-tall pole sign with a shorter 12'-tall pole.  All other remaining door, window and building-mounted signage can remain as depicted.

Committee moved to recommend approval of the revised signage plan with the understanding that the maximum height of the pole sign would be limited to 12' from ground level to the top of its topmost sign element.
