Committee moved to recommend schematic approval of the design of the building, site plan, landscaping and materials pallette.  The project sponsors were asked to amend their drawings to take into account the fact that four support columns for the overhang feature were referenced in the presentation and only three are shown on the site plan.  They were also asked to further study the facade on the building's east elevation w/respect to its prominence along the Lorain Avenue corridor.  The Committee also asked that updates be made to the landscape plan and accompanying renderings to delete the trees depicted in the public right-of-way pending discussion w/the City's urban forester as to their suitability along the street frontage.
