Committee moved to recommend tabling action on the proposed demolition request w/the requirement that the project sponsor return to a future Committee meeting to present a comprehensive future vision for the four properties he owns that are situated adjacent to the Pearl Rd.-Henritze Avenue intersection. The sponsor further agreed to maintain the exterior facades of this building per City codes in lieu of further pursuit of the demolition request and to remedy the violations at his adjacent 4298 Pearl Road property. |
