Committee moved to recommend approval of the following building & site details: (1) slight modification to the building's previously approved facade design to consist of the addition of awning-style canopies added to each of the three windows on the Walton Ave. elevation; (2) building signage plan as presented with the understanding that the an additional wall ID sign be placed above the aforementioned three windows on the Walton Ave. elevation;  (3) replacement of the ground-mounted business ID sign proposed for placement perpendicular to the Fulton Rd. screenwall with a 1-sided horizontal-oriented sign incorporated within the Fulton Rd. screenwall and oriented parallel to the street right-of-way; (4) lighting plan as presented with the understanding that the gooseneck lamp fixtures will be mounted with a bracket-style mount; and, (5) landscaping as presented with the understanding that additional shrubbery be incorporated in the 8'-wide setback area along Fulton Rd., between the front building wall and the street right-of-way.
