Committee moved to recommend tabling action on the proposed sign design with the understanding that the project sponsor will: (1) prepare and submit a revised design that depicts the sign placed above the blue band on a bracket centered on the house's gable feature; (2) provide a section drawing view thru the sign to illustrate and clarify lighting and construction details; and, (3) employ Sans Serif font and increased letter spacing for improved legibility. Once received by City Planning staff, the revisions will be circulated to Committee members for final e-mail review and vote. |
