Committee moved to table action on the project with the understanding that the project sponsors re-study the site plan layout in relation to to the recommendations offered by the Planning Commission staff and Design Review Committee. Specifically, both requested that consideration be given to placing the building footprint adjacent to the sidewalk along the Brookpark Road frontage and that the articulation of the building's entrance, facade and signage respond to the goal of making the building more pedestrian-friendly while still accommodating customers arriving by automobile. |

Motion to approve with the following conditions: 1). Add 2 bike racks to the northwest corner of the building, adjacent to the parking lot. 2). Move the pole sign to either side of the Pearl Road entrance. The sign is allowed to be a max height of 20', with the preference to have two stacked signs of matching width (if amenable, the applicant should have two support poles rather than one, per the Dublin, GA, example. 3). In regards to the City of Cleveland monument sign, the address should be removed from the Welcome sign and be relocated over the buildings front door. Also, the diamond logo on the sign should be replaced with the Old Brooklyn CDC logo.
