Committee moved to recommend approval of the business identification sign design, as presented, with the understanding that further consideration be given to the window tint. Committee members expressed concerns that the proposed 60% tint material is too dark in color and asked that the sponsor return with a modified design that is the product of consultation with the business owner and Stockyard-Clark-Fulton-Brooklyn Centre CDC. |
