Committee moved to approve the schematic design for the project site plan and building designs as presented with the understanding that the sponsors will return to the Committee w/more fully articulated design details for the upper floors of each building.  The sponsors also need to include information on building materials and colors.  Finally, project drawings should be consolidated into a final design package that reflects changes to the site plan and building elevations that were referenced in the presentation but were not necessarily reflected on the drawings reviewed by the Committee.
