Committee moved to approve the proposed demolition with the understanding that the applicant provide the Committee with a site plan depicting a consolidated landscaping and fencing design treatment that covers all contiguous properties owned by the applicant along the north side of Clark Avenue. The landscape plan shall be based on the guidelines contained in the Re-Imagining Cleveland: Ideas to Action Resource Book, as discussed at the meeting.  The landscaping improvements shall be understood to include the following applicant-onwed properties: PPN #s 007-21-031, 007-21-032, 007-21-033, 007-21-034, 007-21-035 & 007-21-036.  Applicant has agreed to provide the Committee with the referenced plan for final review and approval prior to Planning Commission review of the demolition request.
