Committee moved to approve the sign package design and placement on the building facade w/the understanding that: (1) the phrase that currently reads "Where Every Pet is Treated Like VIP", found on the proposed 8' x 3' poly metal sign to be located on the building's south facade be modified to read "Where Every Pet is Treated Like a VIP"; and (2) the font for the telephone numbers on both signs be standardized to match that of the painted window sign. The Committee further recommended that the Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation work over time with the building's owner to develop a comprehensive signage package. |
