Committee moved to approve the design and placement of the pylon sign and the sign's graphics package with the understanding that: (1) the total width of the sign face be reduced from 7' to 6'; (2) the graphics below the logo that advertise the food offerings be proportionately modified to fit the new narrower 6' sign width; (3) the 2'-tall sign base be installed to ground level and not raised 6" off the ground as drawing seems to indicate; & (4) the curbed island area surrounding the sign base be extended to the West 25th Street and Holmden Avenue right-of-way lines and to the edge of the respective curb aprons. |
