Description: | Proposed construction of a 3,900 s.f. convenience store with auto fuel sales. Site will include eight fuel dispensers capable of simultaneously serving 16 patrons. The proposed project is located at the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Ridge Road and Brookpark Road. This project is a redevelopment of an existing Speedway service station, which will be demolished prior to construction. Speedway is expanding the site footprint via the acquisition of the adjacent carwash property to the east. |
