The proposed project is located at the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Ridge Road and Brookpark Road. This project is a redevelopment of an existing Speedway service station, which will be demolished prior to construction. Speedway is expanding the site footprint via the acquisition of the adjacent carwash property to the east. |

Sponsors agreed to appear at the next Near West DRC meeting on May 14, 2014 to present revised plans. |
