Description: | The proposed auction building will total 10,800 s.f. and consist of two parts: (1) an office area of about 4,500 s.f., to include three offices, male and female restrooms, a utility room and a food vending area; and (2) an auction area consisting of three bays, totaling 6,300 s.f. Both portions of the pre-fabricated steel single level building will be connected to one another. The proposed site plan shows space to accommodate parking for 185 customer vehicles on a paved asphalt lot. Cars to be auctioned will be cordoned off in a gated area on the north side of the property bordering I-480. |
