2. Situating the drive-thru feature away from the Clak Avenue-Fulton Road intersection, preferably to the rear of a re-positioned building footprint.

3. Locating the restaurant's building footprint and designing the restaurant within the context of a connection to the property owner's future plans for a shopping plaza development on the parcels immediately to the west along Clark Avenue.

4. Engaging the property owners to appear along with the Rally's team at the Near West Design Review Committee's next meeting.

Committee moved to approve the re-submitted site plan and building elevation drawings with the understanding the applicants would:

1. Add EIFS finish to the bun cooler to be consistent w/the exterior finish of the adjacent dumpster enclosure.

2. Increase the height of the dumpster enclosure so that it matches the height of the adjacent bun cooler.

3. Extend the 36"-tall black alloy decorative fence feature from the Fulton Rd. property line west along the concrete curbto the edge of the dumpster enclosure to prevent cut-thru pedestrian traffic.

4. Decrease the size of the concrete scoring pattern on the patio feature to create a distinctive pattern separate from the 5'x5' scoring of the adjacent public sidewalk.

5. Install either a 36"-tall black alloy decorative fence or landscape strip to serve as a buffer along the property's northern boundary.
