Committee moved to approve with the understanding that the large white backer panel on the main CVS/pharmacy business ID sign is modified with a 1" return and a change in color designed to match the bronze color of the building's cornices. In addition, it is understood that the color of the backer panel on the ancillary signage will be modified to match that of main signage. |
