Committee moved to approve landscaping plan with the understanding that the sponsor use Karley Rose Fountain grass rather than Maiden Grass, as originally proposed.  With respect to the sculptural element, Committee moved to disapprove the Loop sculpture, as presented.  In its place, the recommendation was to substitute the Hex design, as illustrated on P. 14 of the project design submittal.  Should cost become an issue, Committee further recommends the use of fewer Hex sculptures to meet budget limitations.  The concept of utilizing a pink-colored coating for the sculptural piece was encouraged.
