Installation of a black vinyl-coated chain link fence on the subject property's northern boundary with the adoining Rally's property that wraps to the west corner of the repair garage building, contiguous to the dumpster. 2. Installation of a black decorative metal fence w/flat rail top and landscaping along the Henninger Avenue frontage that wraps to the south corner of the repair garage building, # and type of landscape materials to be determined. 3. Paint color choices for the building facade shall be considered with respect to their contribution to and compatibilty with the overall design plan for the property. |
