Committee approved the building program, including footprint & placement on site, massing, facade materials & texture, and overall site layout w/understanding that sponsor will further study the placement of the electric transformers and related screening wall either further north on the West 26th Street frontage or to the east along Barber Avenue.  Sponsor made a change in exterior building materials - from split-faced block to pre-cast concrete panels.  Luca bond will be placed on corner building appendage at West 25th Street-Barber Avenue intersection.  Kal-Wall will substitute for clear glass for production safety reasons.  Sponsors will return w/signage, landscaping & lighting details.
