• What is the material around the five portal openings?
• Mortar color should match the split face CMU.
• Very successful design
• Consider a different type of lighting for the large picture window.
• Show how the gutter system works on the roof.

Note: CPC gave Schematic Design Approval incorporating the DRAC's comments on August 20, 2021.

Motion to approve schematically, with the condition to define the material choice for the lower five portals, provide entire material pallete, study brown bands on the building, possibly refining the uplighting on the temple front, explore alternative possibilities for the lower portal area, pick complementary colors for your mortar, and landscaping plan.
