Project details presented by Valencia White of City of Cleveland -- Demolition Bureau.  Presented details on the history of the property, location, interior and exterior photos, and support from Councilman Polensek.

  • What is the width of the lot?
  • Will the driveway & and apron also be removed?
  • Can the street tree be protected from the demolition process and equipment?

 

 

Laura Bala, E. 185th St Consultant, is in attendance and available for comment.  Can confirm that the building is not salvageable and that the Councilperson is in the support of the demo.
