Project details presented by Stamy Paul of Graffiti HeART.  Presented details on the materials, location, inspiration, community engagement, timeline, and breadth of the artist's work in CLE and abroad.

 

 

Committee Questions, Comments, or Concerns

  • Is there any concern that the cars my obstruct the artwork at the bottom?
  • Consider justifying the artwork to the left and possible restrip those few parking spaces so that the artwork is never obscured.

 

 

 

Jamie Baker, Assistant Director of Greater Collinwood Dev. Corp, is available to comment and express the support of the CDC, community, and Councilperson.  GCDC has also agreed to maintain the artwork throughout the life of the installation.
