Project details presented by Vince Di Ionna of Blink Signs.  Presented details on the awning re-skin and the new blade sign.  Tried to complement the look of the adjacent sign with the current proposal.

 

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Why are the colors of the blade sign reversed from the awning graphics.  It might look a little better if it was more similar to the awning color.
  • Possibly consider lowering the graphics on the awing or removing the extra linear "F" in cafe from the valance.  Either way is acceptable.
  • Consider where you might place the address on the awning.

Motion to approve with the condition that the blade sign is black with white text, or black with gold surrounds, and the addition of the address in the corner in gold.
