Project details presented by Woo Jun of the City of Cleveland -- Demolition Bureau.  Project details presented on the fire damage, overall condition of the property, location, etc.

  • Still think that this structure has architectural importance/value.
  • City needs to come up with a strategy to earmark commerical structures of value to maintain the urban fabric.

 

 

Councilman Hairston is available to provide additional context to the condition of the structure and site and is in support of the demolition.  CM Hairston will bring thoughts/concerns for the Committee to the DPS of City Council.
