Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Has there been any conversations with the adjacent property on how to fully open up the access way? Or perhaps use a more open fence material to allow more visibility to the access way and for the art.
  • Has there been any conversation about possibly wrapping the artistic lighting around the corner and toward the front to visually pull people to the rear?
  • Possibly reconsider the push button door and small ramp for ADA accessibility.
  • Possibly consider more of a transparent main door.

Khrys Shefton from Famicos Foundation is available to state support for the project.
