  • What is the back-up/turning radius particularly from the last parking space
  • Suggest turning the tripped area into a walkway and green up all the excess pavement.
  • vary the height of your shrubs because they all grow to about 6'
  • consider flipping the site plan for the parking lot if the Artic alley is not a one way.
