Motion to approve with the condition to remove parking spaces 3 & 4, green up the corner of St. Clair/Alley, use vertical lights on the side elevations instead of the wall packs, add vertical lights closer to the Sunoco sign, remove the "dog ear" of concrete near space 4, open up the north parking lot, provide landscaping plan for corner, provide cut sheet for the lightings. |
