Project details presented by Woo Jun of City of Cleveland -- Demolition Bureau.  Presented details on the location, materials, history, and site finish.  Recently condemned in June 2018, condemnation report states that the foundation is failing.  Property has been vacant since August 2011.  Tax bill is approximately $5800.
