Project details presented by Rick Maron as the developer for the site and project. Proposing 8-units of about 450 sq ft with a large picture window (micro-units). Units are transformable and condusive to different uses. Units are self-contained and ready to move in. All mechanicals are mounted on the walls. Building is all metal and floors are concrete. Dimensions 30'x75'.

Motion to approve with the condition to move the proposed structure to be inline with the main body of the University View condo, increase the height of the front and rear elevation picture window, final color landscaping plan, and parking plan. |
