  • Did you advise them on getting a permit before installation?
  • Asking for approval for both the monument sign and banner signs
  • Can the panel be painted out to match the building background on the background of the banner sign.
  • Concern of visibility with having two sign panels for essentially one business.  Is there an option to consolidate the sign into a larger Lots of Love and smaller text reading Infants & Enrichment Center. 
  • The banner should be similar to the monument sign.
  • Can you extend the length of the banner to cover the panel?
  • When will they open?  Are the temporary banner signs needed?

 

Motion to approve with the condition to modify the monument sign so the top panel has a larger "Lots of Love" and the second panel to have smaller text reading "Infants & Enrichment Center" with the address.

 

Motion to approve the banner sign with the condition to paint the panel the same color as the backgroung of the banner sign (bluish color). Return with permanent signage after 4mos.
