Motion to approve conceptually the daycare use, signage, and play area. Camille Maxwell is available to comment on her concerns for the placement of the play area, access to it from the building, and pick-up and drop-off because of the amount of traffic in the area. |

CM Polensek is available for comment. He stated that there may be an easement on the south side of the property that they may have to take into consideration when installing the fence. And who maintains the pocket park/bio-swale? Possibly the new owner or NES.
Motion to approve with the condition to add decals/film to the additional storefront windows, making the path thru the parking lot to the play area, the horizontal bars of the fence be a neutral color to help the vertical colors stand out, and re-arrange the letters and numbers on the decals. |
