Project details presented by Noelle Celeste (City Club), Hector Marinara (Inflatable Images as fabricator), Hollie DelaSanti (CMSD), and Sarah Seibert (LAND Studio).  Artist is Christopher Darling.  Done in partnership with CMSD.  Location was selected to maximize visibility/exposure to students and larger community.  Subject mural is influenced by the City Clubs Elmer Brown mural.  A sample of the vinyl was presented, will have to be heat molded to the wall and each brick.

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

• How will it be applied and removed?  Heated installation and removal
• Does it damage the brick?
• Intended for about 5yrs
• Is there a lighting plan?
• Who is the audience for the mural?
• Can the marker/plaque add more info about the City Club or the other murals?
• What size is the lettering on the plaque? The size of the plaque itself?  Almost ratcher a larger plaque to accomodate the fuller description for legibility.

Tarra Petras, Public Art Coordinator, was available for comment.

Cm Polensek and CNVDC were both available for comment.  Both are in support, but suggest an unveiling or specific article in the Collinwood Observer.
